Lead design strategy across a $2B Human Capital consulting practice — driving creative direction for major events, immersive experiences, and AI-powered product launches.
- Conceived and directed a 3-day Leadership Summit for 350+ executives: end-to-end brand, microsite, stage design, environmental graphics, and three signature tech experiences — including an AI-powered generative illustration tool built with Claude.
- Designed the Sales Excellence Field Guide initiative: a full behavior-change program for 650+ Senior Managers across 6 cities, combining a scouting-inspired visual brand with BJ Fogg behavioral frameworks.
- Built and lead a multi-disciplinary design team across three continents — defining research, testing, and design standards for all Human Capital UX deliverables.
- Drove $20M+ in business impact through user-centered product design that increased adoption across the Human Capital portfolio.
Owned design and experience strategy across a $350M SaaS product portfolio — ML-powered tools matching organizational data to best-in-class job models.
- Established a UX research branch spanning qualitative and quantitative methodologies, advocating for user-centered decision-making at leadership level.
- Coordinated 16+ concurrent workstreams, managing stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables across a complex global portfolio.
